Adv RK Sizani

Adv RK Sizani, an LLB graduate and admitted advocate, a former Director-General of KwaZulu-Natal, currently pursuing business interests.

 

 

Prof Nic Olivier

Prof Nic Olivier, well-known in legal and academic circles, has a particular connection with KwaZulu-Natal, having played a key role in assisting with the

KwaZulu-Natal Rationalisation of Laws Project (2004 - 2007).

 

 

Prof Karthy Govender

Prof Karthy Govender, renowned advocate, arbitrator, law professor (at the University of KwaZulu-Natal) and former SA Human Rights Commissioner.

Mr Zibuse Comfort Ngidi

Mr Zibuse Comfort Ngidi, prominent Durban-based attorney and part-time lecturer at the University of Zululand.

 

 

Mr Godfrey Siphosihle Mdhluli

Mr Godfrey Siphosihle Mdhluli, admitted attorney in the High Courts of Swaziland, Lesotho and South Africa, currently Special Advisor to the Premier of KwaZulu-Natal (since June 2004), formerly Crown (State) Counsel (Lesotho), served as Director of Public Prosecutions for the Government of Lesotho, also served as a director with the now defunct Directorate of Special Operations (Scorpions), National Prosecuting Authority in the Republic of South Africa.

 

 

Ms Lauren Frost

Ms Lauren Frost, LLB graduate and admitted attorney working as an environmental law consultant. She is presently chairperson of the appeal panel established by the MEC for Agriculture and Environmental Affairs in KwaZulu-Natal and was previously a legal advisor to Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife and, most recently, to the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Agriculture and Environmental Affairs.

 

 

Ms Bridgette Shabalala

Ms Bridgette Shabalala is attached to the national Department of Justice and serves as the head of the regional office of the Department of Justice in KwaZulu-Natal.

 

 

Ms Gabriella Razzano

Ms Gabriella Razzano is a law graduate working in the non-governmental sector and specialising in access to information law, currently holding the position of support officer for the Freedom of Information Programme attached to the South African History Archive (SAHA). She also works as a freelance journalist.
